What happens when we call you?

We can usually provide a quote over the telephone or arrange a site survey at a time to suit you.

How do you get rid of Rats and Mice?

We offer a pest control service that uses physical control methods such as poison baits and traps , but more importantly we offer advice on restricting the movement and re entry of the rodents. Any poison used on site are hidden and in tamper resisitant boxes so animals and children have no access.

Will the dead rodents cause a smell?

This used to be a common problem but the up to date poisons used now have a mummifying ingredient that reduces this risk. It is better to use a reputable company than a cheaper option to reduce the likelihood of bad smells occuring.

Do you remove the rodents?

Yes we will remove any visible rodents ant the end of the treatment.

Do you remove Wasps nests?

Wasps nests are constructed from pulped wood (paper) so will disintegrate. If the nest is visible it will be removed from site but the wasps never re-use the same nest so you will never get a recurring nest in the same place.

How soon can you attend our property?

We offer a same day service for emergencies or a next day service if preffered at times convenient to you.

Do you have signs on your vans?

No, all our vans are unmarked so no-one will know what work we are carrying out.

How can we pay?

We accept payment by cheque, cash, and all credit/debit cards. For companies we offer invoicing on 30 days credit.

I am a landlord and have tenants in the property

No problem we can arrange with the tenant to visit the property and payment can be made directly by the landlord to us.
