Construction sites can be a haven for Rats and Mice due to the groundworks and and the availability of food with staff eating on site. The presence of rodents can cause distress to staff and pose a real health hazard. Pigeons will also be attracted, if they can gain access for shelter, causing hazards from their fouling which is a serious health isuue.

Health and Safety is a priority and we have a full time NEBOSH safety advisor and all our staff have the relevabnt CSCS cards. We carry 5 million liability insurance and provide Risk assessments and Method Statements prior to undertaking any works.

Recent works include Balfour Beatty at the Media Bridge site on Trafford Park, Manchester. Monthly visits and the use of external bait boxes have ensured the site remains pest free.
